How far in advance should I book a workshop?
We recommend booking at least four to six weeks ahead to allow time for our pre-workshop discovery process, which includes stakeholder interviews and content customisation. However, we can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines for standard programmes. Contact us to discuss your specific needs and we will do our best to find a solution that works.
Can workshops be delivered virtually?
Yes, all of our leadership workshops are available in both in-person and virtual formats. Our virtual sessions are delivered through interactive video conferencing platforms with breakout rooms, digital whiteboards, and real-time polling to maintain high levels of engagement. We also offer hybrid formats for teams split across multiple locations.
What is the typical group size?
Our workshops are designed for groups of 8 to 20 participants to ensure meaningful interaction and personalised attention. For larger cohorts, we can run multiple sessions or design a scalable programme with train-the-trainer elements. Smaller groups of 4 to 7 are also welcome and benefit from even deeper individual coaching within the session.
Do you offer follow-up coaching?
Absolutely. Every workshop participant receives complimentary access to two follow-up coaching calls and our digital resource library. We also offer extended coaching packages for individuals or teams who want ongoing support as they implement what they have learned. Our coaches are ICF-accredited and bring deep expertise in leadership development.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled workshop date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days may incur a fee of up to 50% of the programme cost. We are always happy to reschedule at no additional charge if your plans change. Please refer to our terms of service for full details.
